青蒿组分的体外抗氧化活性研究
马文芳+郭新荣+余秀+李晋+王春鹏+王振中+成志东+常艳旭+萧伟[摘要] 目的 研究青蒿水提取物抗氧化活性及物质基础,为天然抗氧化剂开发利用提供理论依据。 方法 采用传统加热回流提取法,用水作为提取溶剂对青蒿中抗氧化成分进行提取,并利用溶剂萃取、D101大孔树脂等分离手段对水提取物进行组分划分,进行DPPH自由基清除活性评价及铁离子还原能力、亚铁离子螯合能力、总酚酸和总黄酮的测定。 结果 从青蒿水提取物中制备得到11个组分,且70%乙醇洗脱液(S10)、乙酸乙酯萃取物(S6)、大孔树脂20%乙醇洗脱液(S9)的抗氧化活性较高,与其所含的总酚酸和总黄酮密切相关。 结论 本研究明确了青蒿中大孔树脂70%乙醇洗脱液(S10)、乙酸乙酯萃取物(S6)、大孔树脂20%乙醇洗脱液(S9)为青蒿水提取物抗氧化活性物质基础,为今后青蒿资源在天然抗氧化剂的开发和应用奠定基础。

Study on antioxidant of Artemisia annua L. Fraction in vitro

[Abstract] Objective To screen antioxidant from the water extracts of A. annua L. for providing the theoretical basis for the development and application of natural antioxidants. Methods A. annua L.were extracted with water by conventional heating reflux extraction. Water extracts were separated by means of solvent extraction, D101 macroporous resin. The radical scavenging activity of fractions was evaluated by DPPH, reducing power and metal chelating capacity assay. Total phenolic and total flavonoids of antioxidant fractions were determinated. Results 11 fractions were obtained from A. annua L. Antioxidant activity of 70% ethanol eluate from macroporous resin (S10), ethyl acetate extract (S6), 20% ethanol eluate from macroporous resin (S9) fractions was higher and was highly correlated with total phenolic and total flavonoid content. Conclusion It is demonstrated that 70% ethanol eluate from macroporous resin (S10), ethyl acetate extract (S6), 20% ethanol eluate from macroporous resin (S9) are material basis for antioxidant activity of water extract from A. annua L., which can lay the foundation for resources of A. annua L. in the development and application of natural antioxidants ......
