    [摘要] 目的 探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)在儿科感染性疾病诊断中的临床应用。 方法 选取2011年3月~2012年3月中国航天科工集团731医院192例儿科感染性疾病患儿作为研究对象，其中细菌感染110例(细菌感染组)，病毒感染82例(病毒感染组)，测定并比较治疗前后血清CRP水平。选择同期健康体检的70例儿童作为正常对照组，测定血清CRP水平，比较三组儿童的CRP水平。 结果 治疗前，细菌感染组血清CRP水平[(17.09±11.12)mg/L]明显高于病毒感染组[(6.46±3.54)mg/L]和正常对照组[(5.91±2.89)mg/L]，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 血清CRP是儿科患者感染性疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的主要指标，可为临床诊断、治疗及疗效观察提供积极有效的帮助。

    Clinical application of C-reactive protein in diagnosis of pediatric infectious diseases

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical application of C-reactive protein in diagnosis of the pediatric infectious diseases. Methods 192 children with pediatric infectious disease from March 2011 to March 2012 in 731 Hospital of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation patients were selected as study objects, included 110 cases of bacterial infection (bacterial infection group) and 82 cases of viral infection (viral infection group), serum CRP levels of two groups were measured before and after treatment. 70 healthy children in the same period were selected as the normal control group. Serum CRP levels were measured, the CRP levels of three groups were compared. Results Before treatment, the serum level of CRP in bacterial infection group [(17.09±11.12) mg/L] was higher than that in viral infection group [(6.46±3.54) mg/L] and normal control group [(5.91±2.89) mg/L], the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum level of CRP in bacterial infection group [(5.87±2.48) mg/L] were decreased significantly compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), while the serum level of CRP before and after treatment in the virus infection group had no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion Serum level of CRP is a main index in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pediatric infectious diseases, it can offer a positive and effective help for clinical diagnosis, observation of treatment and curative effect. ......
