    [摘要] 目的 探究溃疡性结肠炎应用美沙拉嗪联合灌肠治疗的效果。 方法 选择2011年7月~2013年7月湖州市中心医院溃疡性结肠炎患者76例为研究对象，按随机数字表方法将其分成对照组和研究组，每组各38例。对照组给予柳氮磺胺毗啶口服治疗，研究组给予美沙拉嗪的缓释颗粒口服联合灌肠治疗。分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、黏膜组织变化和不良反应情况。 结果 研究组患者治疗的有效率为94.74%，高于对照组(73.68%)，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；结肠镜下观察，研究组黏膜组织总改善率为97.37%，高于对照组(78.95%)，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；研究组患者的不良反应发生率(5.26%)低于对照组(21.05%)，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 对溃疡性结肠炎患者予以美沙拉嗪的缓释颗粒口服联合灌肠治疗，能够有效提升临床疗效，并降低不良反应的发生，具有一定临床应用和研究价值。

    The effect analysis of Mesalamine combined with enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Mesalamine combined with enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 76 patients with ulcerative colitis from July 2011 to July 2013 in Central Hospital of Huzhou City were selected as study objects, and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with willow nitrogen sulfanilamide, patients in treatment group were treated with Mesalamine combined with enema. The clinical therapeutic effects, mucosal tissue changes and adverse reactions of patients in two groups were analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment group patients was 94.74%, which was higher than the control group (73.68%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); and observed under colonoscopy, the mucosal tissue improvement rate of treatment group was 97.37%, which was higher than the control group (78.95%), the difference was statistical significance (P < 0.05); the adverse reaction rate of treatment(5.26%) was lower than that of the control group (21.05%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mesalamine combined with enema can improve the clinical curative effect of patients with ulcerative colitis, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, it has certain value in clinical application and research. ......
