    [摘要] 目的 比较810 nm半导体激光脱毛与755 nm翠绿宝石激光脱毛的效果与安全性。 方法 2010年10月～2011年9月,对海军总医院激光整形美容中心门诊600例脱毛患者随机分两组，分别应用810 nm半导体激光(810 nm半导体激光组)与755 nm翠绿宝石激光(755 nm翠绿宝石激光组)进行脱毛治疗，每组各300例。其中每组唇部、发际部位、腋部、四肢各75例。激光脱毛间隔6周治疗1次，共治疗6次；第6次治疗3个月后进行疗效观察。治疗后随访患者3个月，同时记录治疗区域有无不良反应。 结果 唇部、发际部位810 nm半导体激光组有效率(93.33%，90.67%)与755 nm翠绿宝石激光组(92.00%，93.33%)比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；腋部、四肢两组810 nm半导体激光组有效率(97.33%和96.00%)与755 nm翠绿宝石激光组(96.00%和97.33%)比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。提示两种激光脱毛治疗在唇部、发际、腋部、四肢部位效果相当。810 nm半导体激光脱毛治疗后不良反应低于755 nm翠绿宝石激光，差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01)。 结论 810 nm半导体激光与755 nm翠绿宝石激光脱毛在腋部、四肢、唇部、发际疗效相当。810 nm半导体激光脱毛比755 nm翠绿宝石激光脱毛的不良反应更少。

    Comparison and evaluation of hair removal efficacy between diode 810 nm laser and alexandite 755 nm laser

    [Abstract] Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of diode 810 nm laser and alexandite 755 nm laser on hair removal. Methods From October 2010 to September 2011, 600 hair removal patients were divided randomly into two groups (diode 810 nm laser group, 300 cases; alexandite 755 nm laser group, 300 cases), including 75 lip hair, 75 hair line hair, 75 axilla hair, 75 arm and leg hair cases in each group. Hair removal were treated by diode 810 nm laser and alexandite 755 nm laser in the two groups. Hair removal treatment was repeated 6 times with 6-weeks interval. Clinical observation was performed after 3 months at the 6th treatment to calculate hair decreasing density rate (hair average quantity/cm2) before and after treatment. Efficacy rate and side effects were recorded during the follow-up 3 months after treatment. Results The efficacy rate of lip hair and hair line removal in diode 810 nm laser group were 93.33% and 90.67%, those in alexandite 755 nm laser group were 92.00% and 93.33%, the differences were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The efficacy rate of arm and leg hair removal in diode 810 nm laser group were 97.33% and 96.00%, and those in alexandite 755 nm laser group were 96.00% and 97.33%, the differences were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The results suggested that the two kinds of lasers had the same hair removal efficacy for lips, hair lines, axilla, arms and legs. But the rate of adverse effects of diode 810 nm laser group was lower than that of lexandite 755 nm laser group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Diode laser and alexandite laser have the same efficacy in the hair removal treatments of lips, hair lines, axillas, arms and legs. Diode laser has the less adverse effects when compared with alexandite laser. ......
