    [摘要] 目的 研究黑青稞籽皮提取物对小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力的影响。 方法 采用小鼠动物实验，分别研究黑青稞籽皮提取物对常压耐缺氧、亚硝酸钠中毒、急性脑缺血小鼠存活时间的影响以及通过对异丙肾上腺素增加心肌耗氧、失血性休克小鼠心搏时间的影响的观察评价其耐缺氧。利用负重游泳实验评价其抗疲劳功能。 结果 与生理盐水组比较，黑青稞籽皮提取物在3.5 g/kg剂量条件下显著延长常压耐缺氧小鼠的存活时间(P < 0.01)，在4.0 g/kg剂量条件下能够有效延长断头小鼠喘气时间(P < 0.05)，在2.0 g/kg剂量条件下能够延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P < 0.05)。 结论 黑青稞籽皮提取物具有提高小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力的作用。
