脉冲电磁场诱导干细胞成骨分化机制的研究进展
朱振浩等[摘要] 骨质疏松症(OP)是严重威胁老年人健康的疾病之一。由于OP患者极易发生骨折并发症,严重时可致患者残疾,甚至死亡,因此寻找预防OP的方法已成为了当前研究的一个热点。近年来,脉冲电磁场技术在临床预防OP中起着重要的作用,其中诱导干细胞的成骨分化是其中最重要的机制之一。由于人们对脉冲电磁场诱导干细胞成骨分化机制认识还不深,本文对近年来脉冲电磁场诱导成骨分化的研究进行归类整理,主要从脉冲电磁场诱导成骨分化相关基因表达、调节干细胞周围的微环境以及促进相关信号通路传导等方面的研究进展作一综述。弄清脉冲电磁场促进干细胞成骨分化的具体机制对将来OP预防具有重要的指导意义。
