    [摘要] 本文对2005年1月～2014年6月近10年来临床应用左卡尼汀治疗相关疾病的文献进行综合分析，尤其是对血液透析患者周围神经病变的临床应用加以归纳整理，总结左卡尼汀注射液在相关领域的临床应用体会并结合本项目发现左卡尼汀注射液对血液透析患者及其周围神经病变的治疗有确切效。左卡尼汀单独或与其他药物联合对血液透析患者及其周围神经病变的临床治疗有着宽泛的应用价值和前景。

    Application progress of L-carnitine in patients with hemodialysis and their peripheral neuropathy

    [Abstract] Literature from January 2005 to June 2014 nearly 10 years of clinical application of L-carnitine treatment-related diseases are comprehensively analyzed. Especially for clinical application in patients with peripheral neuropathy hemodialysis to collate， the clinical application of L-carnitine injection experience in the relevant field is summarized and the L-carnitine injection in hemodialysis patients and peripheral neuropathy have the exact effect combined with the project. L-carnitine alone or in combination with other drugs in hemodialysis patients and their clinical treatment of peripheral neuropathy has a broad application value and prospects. ......
