硫化氢对糖尿病大鼠视神经病变的防治作用
喻小龙等[摘要] 目的 观察硫化氢(H2S)对糖尿病大鼠视神经病变的影响,并探讨其可能的机制。 方法 将SD大鼠随机分为对照组、糖尿病模型组和外源性H2S供体硫氢化钠(NaHS)治疗组,每组最终选入大鼠10只。糖尿病模型组和NaHS治疗组大鼠通过尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素(50 mg/kg)建立糖尿病大鼠模型,NaHS治疗组大鼠腹腔注射NaHS(100 μmol/kg),对照组和糖尿病模型组大鼠给予相同量的生理盐水腹腔注射,每天1次,共8周。于实验末采用劳克坚牢蓝染色法观察大鼠视神经髓鞘结构的变化,分别检测血浆活性氧(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,采用化学法测定血浆H2S浓度,酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测血浆睫状神经营养因子
Preventive effects of hydrogen sulfide against diabetic optical neuropathy in rats

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the protective effect of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) against diabetic optic neuropathy and to explore its mechanism in rats. Methods Sprague-Dawley (S-D) rats were randomly divided into the control group, diabetes group and extrogenous hydrogen sulfide donator sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS) group, with 10 rats in each group after disposing. Diabetic rats models were established by injecting 50 mg/kg of streptozotocin through the caudal vein. NaHS (100 μmol/kg) was administered by intraperitoneal injection every day for eight weeks. The same amount of saline was administered by intraperitoneal injection every day for eight weeks in the control and diabetic model group.
