海南产红树植物老鼠簕中2—苯并唑啉酮分离鉴定及含量测定

张宏武等[摘要] 目的 分离制备海南产红树植物老鼠簕中指标性成分并建立其含量测定方法。 方法 选择老鼠簕高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)色谱中的主要成分作为其指标性成分进行分离鉴定,并应用HPLC建立其含量测定方法,色谱条件为:Shiseido(Pak-C18)色谱柱(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相:乙腈-水(35∶65)。流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长:270 nm,柱温:30℃。结果 从老鼠簕中分离鉴定了1个生物碱成分2-苯并唑啉酮,并建立了HPLC含量测定方法,在0.004 32~1.08 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r = 0.9999,n = 5)。平均回收率(n = 9)为97.54%。结论 本方法准确、简便,重复性好,可用于海南产老鼠簕药材中2-苯并唑啉酮的含量测定。

[Abstract] Objective To reporte the isolation of 2-Benzoxzololinone alkaloid from the roots of Acanthus ilicifolius L. and establish a HPLC method to determine the content of the 2-Benzoxzololinone alkaloid in the root of Mangrove Acanthus ilicifolius L. from Hainan Province. Methods A Shiseido (Pak-C18) (5 μm, 4.6 mm×150 mm) column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (35∶65). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was setted at 30℃.
