    [摘要] 目的 探讨脊髓损伤患者的情绪状况、应对方式及其关系。 方法 采用简明心境问卷(POMS-SF)和和医学应对方式问卷中文版(MCMQ)对82例脊髓损伤患者进行调查，并对结果进行分析。 结果 脊髓损伤患者的情绪总分和紧张-焦虑、抑郁-沮丧、愤怒-敌意、疲乏-迟钝、迷惑-混乱负性情绪得分显著高于常模，正性情绪精力维度得分显著低于常模(P < 0.01)；患者MCMQ问卷中回避和屈服应对显著高于常模(P < 0.05)。相关分析显示，脊髓损伤患者负性情绪得分和总分与MCMQ问卷中面对因子呈负相关，而与回避和屈服因子呈正相关(P < 0.05或P < 0.01)；脊髓损伤患者的正性情绪精力得分与MCMQ问卷中面对因子呈正相关，而与回避和屈服因子呈负相关(P < 0.05 或P < 0.01)。 结论 脊髓损伤患者的情绪状况与应对方式密切相关，在工作中应引导患者采取积极的应对策略，以改善患者的负性情绪。
