    [摘要] 目的 探讨流程责任小组对手术室护理服务水平的影响。 方法 连续纳入2011年10月～2013年10月择期手术成人患者208例。以2012年10月前(包括10月)112例患者为对照组，采用传统手术室护理模式；以2012年10月后96例患者为研究组，采用流程责任小组护理模式。进行护理质量评价、满意度调查、不良事件统计。 结果 护理质量评分结果显示，研究组各项得分均高于对照组，除了在患者反应性方面，其他9个方面差异均有高度统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 流程责任小组能够显著提高手术室护理服务水平。
