    [摘要] 目的 探讨国产抗血管生成药物恩度(重组人血管内皮抑制素)单药维持治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床效果，以期提高临床诊治水平。 方法 选取2010年5月～2013年5月广东省佛山市顺德区龙江医院收治的84例晚期结直肠癌患者为研究对象，均给予化疗，12周后将其分为两组，对照组41例，观察组43例。对照组给予生理盐水维持，观察组给予重组人血管内皮抑制素维持，观察两组治疗效果、不良反应及生活质量的变化。 结果 疗效上，对照组缓解率为31.71%，总有效率为68.29%；观察组缓解率为55.81%，总有效率为86.05%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 在晚期结直肠癌患者化疗结束后使用国产重组人血管内皮抑制素维持治疗，可有效提高临床疗效，明显改善患者生活质量，且应用方便，副作用少，价格适中，社会效益和经济效益明显。
