    [摘要] 目的 研究微波提取附子中多糖的最佳条件。 方法 利用微波提取法，在单因素试验的基础上，分别选取提取时间、提取温度、料液比3个因素的3个水平进行Box-Benhnken中心组合设计，以多糖提取率为因变量，利用响应曲面法对其提取工艺参数进行优化。 结果 最佳提取条件为：提取时间10 min，提取温度80℃，料液比1∶20。在此条件下，附子多糖提取率为16.10%。 结论 该工艺简便稳定、重现性好，可用于附子多糖的提取。
