[摘要] 血清雌三醇为妊娠期的主要雌激素，能直接反映胎儿-胎盘功能及胎儿宫内发育情况。在妊娠中晚期，胎儿和孕妇易受高危因素的影响而发生产科并发症，为了降低围生儿病死率和提高高危妊娠的诊断率，动态监测血清雌三醇水平有重要的临床价值。本文就血清雌三醇的结构及分泌、生物学功能、检测方法与临床应用的研究做一综述。

    The progress of serum estriol biochemical and clinical application

    [Abstract] Serum estriol is the main estrogen during gestation period， it can direct response fetal-placental function and fetal intrauterine development situation. In the middle-late pregnancy， the fetal and pregnant women are vulnerable to the influence of risk factors and produce obstetric complications. In order to reduce the dead mortality of perinatal infants and improve the diagnosis rate of high-risk pregnancy， the dynamic monitoring of serum estriol level has important clinical value. In this article the structure and secretion， biological function， detection method and clinical application of estriol are introduced. ......
