    [摘要] 通过查阅近5年国内外关于脑瘫的诊断、治疗和现代评估方法等相关文献，整理了目前临床上常用的评估手段，归纳了西方医学中主要的康复方法。在祖国传统康复医学日益兴起的背景下，对脑瘫这一疑难疾病进行思考和展望：在吸收西医康复成熟理论的基础上，充分发挥祖国传统医学的独特优势，最终形成一套中西医综合治疗模式，减少脑瘫患儿的痛苦。

    [Abstract] This paper is mainly reviewed about the diagnostics， assessments and treatments on cerebral palsy literature from the western medicine to the traditional Chinese medicine through the recent five years. Organizing and including common assessments and western mainly rehabilitation methods， in the background of the emerging of traditional Chinese medicine which can play an important role on the treatments of cerebral palsy by absorbing western rehabilitation theory. The combination of the western medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine would reduce pain of children with cerebral palsy.
