    [摘要] 云南省是我国重要的边疆省份和多民族聚居区、东南亚的“大前厅”，具有向西南开放的独特优势。在国家“一带一路”战略背景下，云南省的区位优势和族源优势无疑将在民族医药对外合作交流以及中医药文化传播领域中发挥越来越显著的作用，笔者总结了近年来依托“大湄公河次区域传统医药交流会”项目，云南与大湄公河次区域国家传统医药合作交流的经验，提出了在“一带一路”背景下，云南与大湄公河次区域国家开展传统医药交流合作工作的展望：通过进一步提升湄公河次区域传统医药合作交流的水平，扩大交流的深度和广度；加强区域各国间开展传统医药经济、医疗服务、产业发展、教育传承和科研创新等方面的合作，把合作交流从大湄公河流域扩展到南亚、东南亚地区；同时，进一步扩展与南亚的交流、合作。

    [Abstract] Yunnan， an important frontier province and multi-ethnic region and "big lobby of Southeast Asia"， has unique advantages open to southwest. Under the background of “One Belt and One Road”， Yunnan has quite striking function in the cooperation and exchange in national medicine and TCM due to its geographical advantages and the advantages of ethnic origin. The author summarized the experience in cooperation and exchange in traditional medicine from the programs carried based on the forum on Greater Mekong Sub-region traditional medicine exchange and then put forward the cooperation prospect on Yunnan and the countries in Greater Mekong Sub-region in traditional medicine under the background of “One Belt and One Road”. The purpose is to expand the depth and breadth of the exchange by promoting the levels of the cooperation and exchange of GMS in traditional medicine to strengthen the regional cooperation among the countries of GMS in economy of traditional medicine ......
