    [摘要] 重点学科建设是医院建设和发展中的一项重要的基础性工作，而人才培养对重点学科建设起着积极的推动作用。医院的人才培养是一种特殊的人才培养模式，医院重点学科建设具有服务性、系统性和完整性的特点，人才培养和重点学科建设之间相辅相成，产生了很好的联动效应。结构合理的学术队伍是重点学科建设的关键，优秀的学科带头人是重点学科建设的领头羊，在职硕博研究生是重点学科建设的生力军。河北北方学院附属第一医院通过明确目标，找准主攻方向，充分发挥学科带头人的作用，重视青年人才培养，打造人才交流平台，加强科研管理，完善重点学科基础设施建设，加强宣传等诸多方面加强人才培养，助推重点学科建设，并取得较好的效果。

    [Abstract] Key discipline construction is an important fundamental work during the hospital construction and development， while talent training plays an active role on key discipline construction. Talents training of hospital is a special talents training mode and the key discipline of hospital construction is characterized by its service， system and integrity， both of them complement each other and generate good linkage effect. Reasonable organizational structure of the academic team is the key to the construction of key disciplines.
