    [摘要] 骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)是具有自我复制和多向分化潜能的原始细胞，可分化为三个胚层来源的细胞系，发育成不同的组织细胞。近年来，随着人们对BMSCs生物学特性、体外分离纯化及培养认识的不断深入，以BMSCs为实验载体，利用其增殖及归巢特性，对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的根本性逆转治疗以及其对肺部肿瘤的抑制及治疗等方面有新的观点和研究方向。文本就近年来该方面相关研究进展进行综述。

    Current situation research of potential bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells therapy for pulmonary diseases

    [Abstract] Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) are primitive cells with self-replication and multi-directional differentiation potential， which can differentiate into three layer source cell line， develop into different tissue cells. In recent years， along with the deeply understand of its biological characteristics， purification and culture in vitro， taking BMSCs as experimental carrier， using its proliferation and homing feature， there has new ideas and research direction in the aspects of a fundamental reversal treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its inhibition and treatment for lung tumor. This article reviews its research progress. ......
