    [摘要] 从延安大学医学院(以下简称“我校”)实际出发，探索适合我校临床医学专业人才培养模式的途径和方法。在多年的教学实践中发现我校现行的教学模式以课程为中心，忽视了医学知识相互联系的特点，使得教学的各阶段相互脱节。针对该现状对教学模式进行改进，提出了临床医学专业“四段式”人才培养模式，即基础学习-床边见习-临床实习-回归提升，希望能够为我国临床医学专业高素质人才培养工作的提高，提供有价值的参考。
