临床医学专业“四段式”人才培养模式的探索与实践

    [摘要] 从延安大学医学院(以下简称“我校”)实际出发,探索适合我校临床医学专业人才培养模式的途径和方法。在多年的教学实践中发现我校现行的教学模式以课程为中心,忽视了医学知识相互联系的特点,使得教学的各阶段相互脱节。针对该现状对教学模式进行改进,提出了临床医学专业“四段式”人才培养模式,即基础学习-床边见习-临床实习-回归提升,希望能够为我国临床医学专业高素质人才培养工作的提高,提供有价值的参考。
