    [摘要] 通过阐述胜任力与临床教师胜任力的基本概念，分析我国中医药院校临床教师存在的问题与培训现状，论述构建中医临床教师胜任力模型的重要性及其意义，探讨以胜任力为导向的中医临床教师培训体系的具体程序设计、培训内容及评估方法，为我国的中医临床教师培训提供新视角。

    Discussion of TCM clinical teacher training mode based on the theory of competence

    [Abstract] Based on the theory of competence and the competence of clinical teacher， to analyze the existing problems and training status of clinical teacher in traditional Chinese medicine college， expound the importance and significance of the competency mode of TCM clinical teacher， discuss the specific program design， training content and evaluation methods of TCM clinical teacher training system based on the competence mode. It provides a new perspective for the reform of Chinese medicine clinical teacher training.
