    [摘要] 医院建设项目管理工作是整个医院管理中的一个重要组成部分，也是一个有机的系统，它是为医院的各项医疗工作和服务提高基本的保障。实施有我国公立医院特色的精细化管理，对于新医改时期的公立医院建设具有很强的现实意义。本文从四个方面(预算、对标、分析、考核)建立了基于精细化管理的医院建设项目管理模式，要求逐步建立科学的组织架构，完善管理制度，规范业务流程，并严格依靠规则和流程推进各项建设项目的可持续发展，从而取得社会和经济效益的同步提高。
