    [摘要] 随着中国老龄化问题日渐凸显，中国老人需要医疗康复和护理人数日益增多，其中医疗服务与救助、康复训练是老年人最主要的康复需求，因此，社区和养老院老年康复医师培养有其必要性和重要性。应采用现场和文献调研社区和养老院康复技术人才需求现状，明确老年康复医师的专业职责；培训机构应在老年康复医师的培养过程中采用多种教学手段，培养临床分析和思维能力、沟通交流能力和组织协调能力，加强其人文素质培养；国家需要尽快制订老年康复服务人才培养扶助政策。

    [Abstract] With China's aging problem increased eminently， Chinese elderly need more medical rehabilitation and nurses， among which medical services and rescue， rehabilitation are the most important rehabilitation needs of the elderly.
