以问题为基础的教学模式在癫痫病教学中的应用

崔韬 邵晓秋 王群 等[摘要] 目的 探讨癫痫病学临床教学中以问题为基础的教学(PBL)模式教学方法的效果。 方法 选取175名北京天坛医院2013~2014学年临床专业实习的学生,随机分为两组,其中82名采用PBL教学模式,93名采用传统以授课为基础的教学(LBL)模式,在教学结束后,调查学生对不同教学方法的评价及学生的考试成绩。 结果 PBL教学模式有利于提高学习技巧、改善学习态度、增进知识;PBL组成绩优于对照的传统教学组(H = 9.776,P = 0.003)。 结论 PBL教学模式在癫痫临床教学实践中,可以有效培养学生自主学习能力、改善学习态度,全面提升了癫痫的临床教学实效性,值得在今后的癫痫病学教学中不断探索和研究。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching mode in clinical epilepsy teaching. Methods Total of 175 students practiced in Beijing Tian Tan Hospital during 2013 to 2014 academic year were selected and randomly divided into two groups. PBL groups with 82 students were given PBL teaching mode, while the control group with 93 students were given the traditional lecture-based learning teaching model.
