    [摘要] 本文分析了中药药学服务型人才培养的现状，指出中药药学服务教学模式发展与创新的可能性，明确了微电影在中药药学服务教学中运用的优势，探讨基于工作过程运用微电影法的中药药学服务教学模式。该模式拟建立基于工作过程中药药学服务素材库，在此基础上师生选材与策划、拍摄与制作、赏析与评价中药药学服务微电影，并评价归纳形成该模式。本文还阐述了该模式的研究前景、研究策略、实施途径及研究意义。
