    [摘要] 转录组(RNA-Seq)是新一代测序技术，利用高通量测序技术对组织或细胞中所有RNA反转录而成的cDNA文库进行测序，从整体水平研究基因的功能及其结构，揭示特定生物学过程以及疾病发生过程中的分子机制，而癌症疗效评估的关键在于肿瘤的复发率和对放化疗的敏感性。新一代测序系统有望识别导致肿瘤的形成和对治疗产生抵抗的相关靶基因，对进一步指导临床治疗和诊断具有重要的理论及实践意义。

    Application and progress of RNA-Seq in tumor

    [Abstract] The transcriptome is a new generation sequencing technology， which uses high-throughput sequencing technology to sequence cDNA library formed by the reverse transcription of all RNA from tissue or cells， studies gene function and structure from the overall level， reveals the specific molecular mechanism in the process of biological processes and disease. The key point evaluating the efficacy of cancer is the tumor recurrence rate and sensitivity to radiation and chemotherapy. The new generation sequencing system is expected to identify the related target genes which lead to the formation of tumor and resistance to treatment. Further more ......
