    [摘要] 目的 探讨四君子汤对过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿循环内皮祖细胞(EPC)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。 方法 采用随机数字表法将2014年1月～2015年9月于华北石油总医院(以下简称“我院”)儿科门诊确诊的30例HSP患儿随机分为两组：实验组和对照组，每组15例，对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在此基础上加用四君子汤治疗，同时选取我院体检中心体检的15名健康儿童作为正常组。治疗前和治疗后1周，分别检测EPC数量和功能以及血清TNF-α水平。 结果 治疗前实验组和对照组循环EPC数量和TNF-α水平均明显高于正常组(P 0.05)。 结论 在常规治疗的基础上加用四君子汤能够更快地促进HSP患儿循环EPC和TNF-α的恢复。
