    [摘要] 目的 探究异常天象与疫病流行两者之间是否存在相关性及其相关的程度。 方法 对古籍文献进行整理分析，收集从周朝到民国末年见于正史与地方县志的关于异常天象与疫病流行的数据记录，使用SPSS 13.0软件对这两类数据进行统计分析，计算Spearman相关系数(r值)。 结果 在细化的异常天象中，太阳黑子、极光、陨石、日食、月食、彗星与疫病发生次数的r值≥0.680(P 0.05)，無相关性。 结论 太阳黑子、极光、陨石、日食、月食、彗星和流星雨这些异常天象确实与疫病流行相关。
