责任制小组在胃癌术后早期肠内营养护理中的应用及效果
李静 赵滢[摘要] 目的 探討责任制小组在胃癌术后早期肠内营养护理中的应用及效果。 方法 回顾性分析2014年3月~2015年3月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院行手术的胃癌患者60例临床资料。根据护理方式不同将患者分为观察组与对照组,各组30例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用责任制小组的护理方式。比较两组术后一般情况(住院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便及排气时间、进食时间)、术前及术后8 d的营养情况(体重、总蛋白、前白蛋白及清蛋白水平)、护理满意度、并发症情况。 结果 观察组住院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便及排气时间、进食时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05);两组术后8 d的总蛋白、前白蛋白及清蛋白水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论 责任制小组护理方案提高了肠内营养护理质量和水平,提高了服务满意度,促进了患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。
