医学专业新任教师教学行为失常的成因与对策

    [摘要] 新任教师是教师队伍的重要组成部分,是未来教师队伍的中流砥柱。课堂教学质量的高低取决于教师的教学行为是否规范。在教学实践过程中,个别教师尤其是医学专业新任教师普遍存在着教学目标不明确、教学内容安排不合理、教学方法不灵活、课堂管理不和谐等诸多教学行为失常的现象。本文从学校岗前培训无针对性、教学督导执行不力以及新任教师教育教学理论匮乏、心理压力过大等方面分析了造成失常教学行为的原因,并针对这些原因提出学校要加强岗位培训的实用性、教学督导的有效性,教师要强化教育教学技能、心理健康素养,以促进新任教师教学质量的提高。
