    [摘要] 为了促进医学专科学校就业指导工作朝着科学化的方向发展，为了帮助医学专科生顺利就业，展开对医学专科生就业指导体系的构建：分析医学生就业形势，实现就业指导的市场化；培养医学生职业精神，实现就业指导的专业化；完善医学生知识结构，实现就业指导的全程化；创新医学生实践活动，实现就业指导的社会化；構建医学生就业平台，实现就业指导的信息化。通过实施市场化、专业化、全程化、社会化、信息化的医学专科生“五位一体”就业指导体系，形成医学生自主就业、市场调节就业、学校促进就业的就业良性循环。
