    [摘要] 远志为远志科多年生草本植物远志Polygala tenuifolia Willd.或卵叶远志Polygala sibirica L.的根，具有安神益智、祛痰消肿的功效，临床常用于治疗心肾不交、失眠多梦、惊悸健忘等证。有关药用远志的研究主要集中在细叶远志方面，近年来对卵叶远志的研究也逐渐加深。本文在广泛文献检索的基础上，对卵叶远志的分布、性状鉴别、生药学、化学成分、含量测定、药理作用等方面的研究进展作了综述，为临床合理用药提供参考。

    [Abstract] Radix Polygalae is the root peels of a Polygala tenuifolia family perennial herbi Polygala tenuifolia Willd. or ovum leaf Polygala sibirica L.， which can calm nerves and benefit intelligence， eliminate the phlegm for diminishing swelling. Thus， in clinic， it is usually used for treating disharmony of heart and kidney， insomnia and dreaminess， amnesia and palpitation， and so on. The research about officinal Radix Polygalae is mainly focused on Polygala tenuifolia Willd.， while the study about Polygala sibirica L. is gradually developed in recent years.
