    [摘要] 随着现代医学的发展，霉酚酸酯(MMF)作为一种强效低毒的免疫抑制剂越来越受到关注。霉酚酸酯与其他免疫抑制剂比较，具有毒副作用小、选择性强、感染复发率低等优势。霉酚酸酯还有多种药理活性，不仅用于肾脏、心脏、肺、肝等器官的移植，对自身免疫性疾病、皮肤病及眼科疾病都有很好的治疗作用。本文结合国内外发表的相关文章，对霉酚酸酯的药代动力学研究、器官移植、自身免疫性疾病、皮肤病等几个方面进行综述，为进一步开发利用霉酚酸酯提供理论依据。

    [Abstract] With the development of modern medicine， MMF was paid more attention to， which was a sufficient immunosuppressant with minimal toxicity. Compared with other immunosuppressants， MMF has an advantages of small side effects， strong selectivity and low infection recurrence rate. MMF has a variety of pharmacological activities， which is not only efficient for the kidney， heart， lung and liver transplantations， but also useful for autoimmune diseases， skin diseases and eye diseases.This paper combines the relevant articles which have published in both local and abroad to review the pharmacokinetics， organ transplantation， autoimmune diseases and skin diseases， which can provide a theoretical for the further development and utilization of mycophenolate. ......
