    [摘要] 目的 调查在校男护生职业生涯规划的现状，为高校护理教育者和管理者提供理论依据。 方法 2015年9～10月采用男护生一般情况调查表和男护生职业生涯规划问卷调查表对平顶山学院医学院2013～2015级60名男护生进行调查。 结果 我校男护生主动选报护理专业的学生有41.0%，其他学生是迫于家长建议、就业压力或调剂及其他原因而选报的；对本专业满意的男护生占12.5%，比较满意的占42.9%；有清晰职业规划的男护生占12.5%，比较清晰的占17.9%，参加过职业规划学习的占39.2%；毕业后愿意从事护理工作的男护生占51.8%，愿意长期从事护理工作的占8.9%。 结论 高校护理教育者应重视男护生的个人职业生涯规划辅导，提高男护生的专业满意度和职业认同感；护理管理者应重视和支持男护生，充分发挥他们的优势，为其提供发展空间和机会，促进护理事业的可持续发展。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the current situation of the career planning of male nursing majors in college， in order to provide theoretical basis for nursing educator and administrators in colleges and universities. Methods From September to October 2015， a survey was conducted among 60 male nursing majors in grade 2013-2015 in Medicine College of Pingdingshan University by means of general condition questionnaires and male nursing students' career planning questionnaires.
