    [摘要] 目的 通过检测冠状动脉粥样硬化患者细胞因子信号转导抑制剂1(SOCS1)基因多态性的表达及外周血中相关细胞因子的含量，来探讨SOCS1与细胞因子及左心室射血分数的关系及其在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病发生、发展中的作用及临床意义。 方法 选择2012年1月～2014年12月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的冠心病患者196例为研究组，选择同期196名健康志愿者作为对照组。利用聚合酶链反应及单核苷酸多态性分析两组SOCS1基因的多态性，同时利用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测血浆中白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平。 结果 研究组和对照组rs15677380、rs173516427等位基因频率比较差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 SOCS1与冠状动脉粥样硬化的发病过程有一定的相关性，可能参与其发病过程。
