    [摘要] 发育型乳糖不耐受症患儿虽长期腹泻，伴有腹痛、排气、哭闹等不适症状，但并不影响生长发育，可通过添加辅食或免乳糖奶粉喂养改善患儿不适症状，提高生活舒适度，但需注意随访观察。本文报道1例发育型乳糖不耐受症的临床及实验室特征， 并进行相关文献回顾，探讨发育型乳糖不耐受症的临床特点，以提高对该病的认识，避免不必要的有创检查甚至抗生素治疗。

    [Abstract] Although the development of lactose intolerance in children with chronic diarrhea， accompanied by abdominal pain， exhaust， crying symptoms， but it does not affect the children's growth， by the addition of supplementary food or lactose free formula fed to improve symptoms and the degree of comfort， but need to observe the follow-up. This article reports one case with development of lactose intolerance syndrome， including clinical and laboratory manifestations，and related literature is reviewed and study the clinical characteristics of development of lactose intolerance syndrome， in order to improve the understanding of the disease and avoid unnecessary invasive tests and antibiotic treatment. ......
