    [摘要] 加快人才培养已成为世界各国在激烈的国际竞争中积极应对、赢得主动的重大战略选择。发达国家正在创造条件培养优秀青年研究人才，尤其是博士后人员。医院博士后科研工作站有利于提升医疗、教学、科研水平，推动相关学科的发展。建议完善博士后政策评估体系，建立符合医院特点的科研管理制度，激发博士后的积极性和主动性；优化科研工作环境，制订医院博士后科研资源整合信息系统，为博士后的成长及专业发展提供更好的平台和空间；加强导师队伍建设，选拔优秀导师开展博士后的带教工作，做到“教学相长”；开展高水平的研究项目，提高博士后的科学素养，增强科研氛围，培养科研工作能力；广泛进行国际交流合作，跟踪国际科技发展前沿，探索和把握国际前瞻性科研方向；构建合理的学术团队，优势互补；增加博士后基金资助项目，建议国家更倾向于资助青年科技人员，重点资助35岁以下的年青人；加强培养质量的评价研究，形成科学的博士后人才评价体系；同时做好后勤保障工作，使其能够脚踏实地，安心于科研及学习。
