    [摘要] 瘢痕是皮肤受到严重损伤后组织修复的一个必然结果，既影响美观又损害了皮肤组织的正常功能，其特点是过多的细胞外基质沉积。近年来，研究发现间充质干细胞可以通过免疫调节、中和活性氧、分泌抗纤维化的细胞因子和生长因子、调节成纤维细胞、促进血管再生以及分化为各种皮肤细胞等参与正常的皮肤创伤修复，已达到对皮肤瘢痕抑制和修复的作用。因此，干细胞有可能成为促进皮肤无瘢痕创伤修复的一种新的细胞疗法。

    [Abstract] Scars are a consequence of cutaneous wound healing that can be both unsightly and detrimental to the function of the tissue. Scar tissue is generated by excessive deposition of extracellular matrix. With the fast development of stem cell technology， the cell therapy for the wound repair is of increasing interest to experts and scholars. These cells participate in attenuating inflammation in the wound and reprogramming the resident immune and wound healing cells to favor tissue regeneration and inhibit fibrotic tissue formation. This review identifies specific mechanisms by which mesenchymal stem cells can limit tissue fibrosis and summarizes recent studies where these cells have been used successfully to limit scar formation.
