曾媛媛 魏丽[摘要] 酪氨酸3-加单氧酶/色氨酸5-加单氧酶激活蛋白(14-3-3蛋白)家族是高度保守的可溶性酸性蛋白质。14-3-3蛋白调节着许多重要细胞生命活动,如新陈代谢、细胞周期、细胞生长发育、细胞的存活和凋亡以及基因转录,该蛋白家族异常与疾病的发生密切相关。其中14-3-3β蛋白是重要的亚型之一,引起了相关学者的关注。14-3-3β蛋白已成为一些疾病的临床诊断指标,其作为疾病治疗的靶点也在研究之中。本文主要简述了14-3-3β蛋白在糖脂代谢中发挥的作用及该蛋白与临床疾病的关系。

[Abstract] Tyrosine-3-monooxy genase/tryptophane-5-monooxy-genase activator protein (14-3-3 proteins) comprise a family of highly conserved acidic protein. 14-3-3 proteins have been shown to contribute to the regulation of such crucial cellular processes as metabolism, signal transduction, cell cycle control, cell growth and differentiation, apotosis, protein trafficking, transcription, stress responses and malignant transformation. It links 14-3-3 to disorders. Among them the 14-3-3 beta protein is one of the important subtypes, and the relevant scholars paid great attention to it. The 14-3-3β test has been used for the diagnosis of priondiseases. 14-3-3 beta protein could be exploited for therapeutic purposes. This paper briefly describes the role of the 14-3-3 beta protein in the glucolipid metabolism and the relationship between the protein and clinical disease. ......
