    《万安方》儿科文献溯源及其应用价值探讨

    《万安方》是日本镰仓时代著名的医学著作，全书62卷中有11卷是儿科的内容。《万安方》儿科部分约95%的内容均转引于《幼幼新书》，且其摘录文献遵从三个原则：摘录作者所处年代常见多发病证的相关文献；方剂所载药材在当时当地易得；删繁就简，实用有效。《万安方》儿科部分所载的每一证型的内容均具有“证下分类详细，论述全面、完整”的特点，读者可通过阅读来丰富儿科临床辨治思路。

    [Abstract]Wan An Fang is a prestigious medica1 book in Japan′s Kamakura era.In a11 of 62 vo1umes,there are 11 vo1umes about pediatrics contents.In Wan An Fang pediatrics,95 percents of the contents are reproduced in You You Xin Shu.There are three citation princip1es:first1y,excerpt the 1iterature of the common mu1tip1e disease in author′s era;second1y,the medicines contained in the prescriptions are easy to get at that time in Japan;third1y,practica1 and effective by cutting out the superf1uous.Each recorded disease has detai1ed c1assifications and comprehensive discussion.The readers can enrich the ideas of pediatric treatment and syndrome differentiation by reading.
