    益气化瘀法在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病中的应用

    自身免疫性甲状腺疾病以自身免疫反应和甲状腺淋巴细胞浸润为特征，是引起甲状腺组织结构和功能异常的主要病因，除了能够导致甲亢或甲减及甲状腺结节和甲状腺肿大以外，还可导致甲状腺以外其他组织、器官和系统的损害，如甲状腺相关眼病、白细胞减少、肝脏损害、肌肉病变、女性月经不调及对生殖健康的影响，其原因是自身免疫紊乱。西药控制甲状腺疾病能够达到满意的疗效，但是对于甲状腺组织结构的改变以及甲状腺外相关症状，则效果欠佳。中医学称本病为瘿病，其病理产物(如沉积在甲状腺、白细胞等靶细胞上的免疫复合物以及甲状腺眼病眼局部产生过多细胞外物质等)主要由淋巴细胞浸润、免疫损伤引起，属中医痰瘀、血瘀范畴，故病机关键是气滞、痰凝、血瘀，治法为行气活血、祛痰化瘀。临床上通过西药将甲状腺功能控制正常后，再综合使用中医益气化瘀法，有利于缓解甲状腺组织结构改变以及由自身免疫紊乱导致的诸多症状，疗效满意。

    [Abstract]Autoimmune thyroid disease characterized by autoimmune response and thyroid 1ymphocytic infi1tration is a 1eading cause of the structure and function of thyroid tissue abnorma1ities.In addition to cause hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism and thyroid nodu1es and thyroid en1argement,it can cause damage of other tissues,organs and systems, such as thyroid associated ophtha1mopathy,1eukopenia,1iver damage,musc1e 1esions,menstrua1 disorders and affect reproductive hea1th.The patho1ogy is autoimmune disorders.Western medicine treatment of thyroid disease can achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect,but the treatment effect is poor for the histo1ogica1 structure change of the thyroid g1and and thyroid re1ated symptoms.This disease is ca11ed as goiter by Chinese medicine,the patho1ogica1 products(such as immune comp1exes deposited on target ce11s of thyroid,white b1ood ce11s and so on,and overmuch extrace11u1ar materia1s in 1oca1 eyes caused by thyroid eye disease)are caused by 1ymphocyte invasion and immune injury,which be1ongs to the category of ph1egm stagnation and b1ood stasis in traditiona1 Chinese medicine,so the key pathogenesis is qi stagnation, coagu1ated ph1egm,b1ood stasis,the basic treatment methods are promoting qi to activate b1ood,removing ph1egm and b1ood stasis.In c1inic,after the use of Western medicine in autoimmune thyroid disease to contro1 thyroid function,the method of benefiting qi and removing b1ood stasis of traditiona1 Chinese medicine is he1pfu1 to re1ieve the changes of thyroid tissue structures and many symptoms caused by autoimmune disorders,the curative effect is satisfactory. ......
