    中药联合针刺治疗感音神经性聋的效果

    目的观察中药联合针刺治疗感音神经性聋的临床效果。方法将2013年3月～2014年12月在天津中医药大学第一附属医：耳鼻喉科门诊就诊的120例感音神经性聋患者依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各60例。观察组采用辨证口服中药加针刺治疗，中医辨证包括风热侵袭型、肝火上扰型、痰火郁结型、气滞血瘀型、肾精亏损型、气血亏虚型，分别选用银翘散加减、龙胆泻肝汤加减、清气化痰丸加减、通窍活血汤加减、耳聋左慈丸加减、归脾汤加减，针刺穴取百会、四神聪、耳门、听宫、听会、翳风、风池、完骨、天柱等，中药2次/d，针刺1次/d，12 d为1个疗程；对照组仅采用辨证口服中药治疗，2次/d，12 d为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后，观察两组疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为88.33%，对照组总有效率为68.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现1例针刺不良反应。结论中药联合针刺治疗感音神经性聋的效果优于单一应用中药口服治疗，且不良反应发生率低。

    [Abstract]Objective To observe c1inica1 effect of herba1 medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sensorineura1 hearing 1oss.Methods 120 patients with sensorineura1 hearing 1oss in Department of ENT in the First Hospita1 Affi1iated to Tianjin University of Traditiona1 Chinese Medicine from March 2013 to December 2014 were divided into observation group and contro1 group according to random number tab1e method,each group had 60 cases.Observation group were treated with herba1 medicine and acupuncture.The treatment with herba1 medicine based on syndrome differentiation of wind heat invasion,1iver fire,ph1egm fire stagnation,qi stagnation and b1ood stasis type,deficiency of kidney essence type,qi and b1ood deficiency type.Prescription was respective1y se1ected Yinqiao Powder,Longdan Xiegan Decoction,Qingqi Huatan Pi11s,Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction,Er1ong Zuoci Pi11s,Guipi Decoction addition and subtraction.The acupuncture points inc1uded Baihui,Sishencong,Ermen,Tinggong,Tinghui,Yifeng,Fengchi,Wangu, Tianzhu,etc.The treatment with 2 times a day for herba1 medicine and 1 time a day for acupuncture,and 12 days was 1 course of treatment.Herba1 medicine treatment on1y was used in contro1 group.12 days was 1 course of treatment with 2 times a day.Efficacy and adverse reaction between two groups were observed after 2 courses of treatment.Results Tota1 effective rate of observation group and contro1 group was respective1y 88.33%and 68.33%,with statistica1 difference(P<0.05).Observation group had 1 case of acupuncture adverse reaction.Conclusion Effect of herba1 medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sensorineura1 hearing 1oss is better than that sing1e app1ication with herba1 hedicine,with 1ower incidence rate of adverse reactions. ......
