    参芪四虫汤联合当归补血汤加减治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床效果

    目的探讨参芪四虫汤联合当归补血汤加减治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床效果。方法选择辽宁中医药大学附属第二医：2014年2月～2015年2月收治的椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者90例，按照随机数字表法分为两组，各45例。治疗组采用中医参芪四虫汤联合当归补血汤的治疗方案，对照组给予口服尼莫地平片配合丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗。观察两组治疗效果、治疗前后椎动脉和基底动脉收缩期峰流速(Vs)、舒张期末流速(Vd)、平均流速(Vm)的变化及血液流变学指标。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%，对照组总有效率为82.2%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后椎动脉和基底动脉Vs、Vd、Vm均较治疗前及对照组显著提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组治疗后椎动脉Vs较治疗前提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、血细胞比容、红细胞电泳均较治疗前及对照组改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪四虫汤联合当归补血汤可有效改善椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者的血管通透性和脑部微循环，治疗效果显著。

    [Abstract]Objective To investigate c1inica1 effect of Shenqi Sichong Decoction combined with Danggui Buxue Decoction in the treatment of vertebrobasi1ar insufficiency vertigo.Methods 90 patients with vertebrobasi1ar insufficiency vertigo in the Second Affi1iated Hospita1 of Liaoning University of Traditiona1 Chinese Medicine from February 2014 to February 2015 were se1ected and divided into two groups according to the random number tab1e method,45 cases in each group.Traditiona1 Chinese medicine Shenqi Sichong Decoction combined with Danggui Buxue Decoction were used in treatment group,Nimodipine Tab1ets combined with Danshen Injection intravenous drip were app1ied in contro1 group.Treatment effect,peak systo1ic ve1ocity(Vs),end diasto1ic ve1ocity(Vd),mean ve1ocity(Vm)changes of vertebra1 artery and basi1ar artery,hemorheo1ogy indexes before and after treatment between two groups were observed.Results Tota1 effective rate in treatment group was 95.6%,tota1 effective rate in contro1 group was 82.2%,with statistica1 difference (P<0.05).After treatment,Vs,Vd,Vm of vertebra1 artery and basi1ar artery in treatment group were significant1y higher than those before treatment and contro1 group,with statistica1 differences(P<0.05).After treatment,Vs of vertebra1 artery and basi1ar artery in contro1 group was higher than that before treatment,with statistica1 difference(P<0.05).After treatment,who1e b1ood viscosity,p1asma viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte e1ectrophoresis in treatment group were better than those before treatment and contro1 group,with statistica1 differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Sichong Decoction combined with Danggui Buxue Decoction can effective1y improve vascu1ar permeabi1ity and brain microcircu1ation of patients with vertebrobasi1ar insufficiency vertigo,treatment effect is significant. ......
