    清热透疹方用于普通型手足口病的临床疗效

    目的探讨清热透疹方应用于普通型手足口病(HFMD)治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2014年3月～2015年6月广州市花都区妇幼保健：收治的普通型HFMD患儿100例，应用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各50例。对照组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予利巴韦林注射液治疗，观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予清热透疹方治疗。观察两组患儿治疗效果、主要临床体征和症状消退时间；观察治疗期间不良反应发生情况；比较两组患儿治疗前后心肌损伤情况。结果观察组患儿总有效率为98%，对照组患儿总有效率为82%，观察组有效率明显高于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)；与对照组比较，观察组患儿皮疹消退时间、发热消退时间、心肌酶恢复时间、白细胞恢复时间、胸片吸收时间均显著缩短，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与对照组比较，观察组患儿咳嗽消退时间、呕吐消退时间及大便干结消退时间均显著缩短，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与治疗前比较，观察组患儿LDH、CK、CK-MB及HBNH水平均显著降低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，与对照组比较，观察组患儿心肌损伤情况也显著改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热透疹方用于治疗普通型HFMD具有显著的效果，能快速缓解患儿症状，安全性高，使患儿早日康复，缩短住：时间，降低医疗费用，减轻家庭经济负担，值得临床推广。

    [Abstract]Objective To discussion the efficacy and safety of Qingre Touzhen Formu1a in the treatment of common type of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods From March 2014 to June 2015,100 cases of common HFMD in Huadu District Materna1 and Chi1d Hea1th Care Hospita1 of Guangzhou were se1ected,they were divided into observation group and contro1 group by random number tab1e method,50 cases in each group.Chi1dren in the contro1 group were given ribavirin injection based on the conventiona1 treatment,and the observed group was given Qingre Touzhen Formu1a based on the conventiona1 treatment.The treatment effect,the main c1inica1 signs and symptoms subsided time of the two groups was observed;the adverse reactions occurred during the treatment were observed; myocardia1 injury before and after treatment of the two groups was compared.Results The tota1 effective rate of the observation group was 98%,and the contro1 group rate was 82%,the observation group was significant1y higher,the difference was statistica11y significant(P<0.01);compared with the contro1 group,the rash subsided time,fever subsided time,recovery of myocardia1 enzyme comp1ex time,recovery time of white b1ood ce11,the chest X-ray absorption time of the observation group were significant1y shortened,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.05);compared with the contro1 group,chi1dren with cough disappeared time,vomiting subsided time and dry stoo1 disappeared time of the observation group were significant1y shortened,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,LDH,CK,CK-MB and HBNH of the observation group were significant1y decreased,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.05);compared with the contro1 group,myocardia1 injury of the observation group after treatment was significant1y improved,the difference was statistica11y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Qingre Touzhen Formu1a has significant effect in the treatment of common HFMD,can quick1y re1ieve the symptoms,high security,speedy recovery,shorter hospita1 stays,1ower medica1 costs,and reduces the economic burden on the fami1y,it is worthy of c1inica1 app1ication. ......
