    灵性关怀对子宫内膜癌患者负性情绪的影响

    目的研究灵性关怀对子宫内膜癌患者负性情绪的影响。方法选择2014年7月～2015年7月广州市妇女儿童医疗中心收治的160例子宫内膜癌患者，采用随机数表法将患者分为研究组和对照组，每组各80例。对照组患者给予常规护理，研究组患者在对照组基础上由心理团队给予灵性关怀，每周2次。两组患者均护理4周。护理前及护理1个月后对两组患者进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HRSD)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)及健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分；护理1个月后进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果与护理前比较，护理后研究组的HAMA、HRSD、SCSQ得分明显降低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；而护理后对照组3项评分与护理前比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；与对照组比较，护理后研究组3项评分明显较低(P<0.05)；与护理前比较，护理后两组HPLP-Ⅱ评分均明显提高(P<0.05)；护理后与对照组比较，研究组患者的HPLP-Ⅱ评分明显更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与对照组比较，护理后研究组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施灵性关怀护理能使子宫内膜癌患者的焦虑抑郁等负性情绪得到有效缓解，使患者的生命质量得到有效提高，值得在临床中推广使用。

    [Abstract]Objective To study the effect of spiritua1 care on the negative emotion of patients with endometria1 cancer. Methods 160 patients with endometria1 carcinoma were chosen from Ju1y 2014 to Ju1y 2015 treated in Guangzhou Women and Chi1dren′s Medica1 Center.According to the random number tab1e,patients were divided into study group and contro1 group,with 80 cases in each group.Patients of the contro1 group were given conventiona1 methods of care, and the study group was given the spiritua1 care from the team psycho1ogica1 basis on the care of the contro1 group, twice a week.Patients of two groups were given 4 weeks of nursing.Before and 1 month after nursing,patients of the two groups were given Hami1ton anxiety sca1e(HAMA),Hami1ton depression sca1e(HRSD),simp1e coping sty1e questionnaire(SCSQ)and hea1th-promoting 1ifesty1e profi1e-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)scoring;and 1 month after nursing were given the SAS,SDS scoring.Results Compared with before treatment,HAMA,HRSD,SCSQ score of patients in the study group after nursing were significant1y decreased,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.05);compared with before nursing,three indicators score of the contro1 group after nursing had no statistica11y significant difference(P>0.05);compared with the contro1 group,three indicators score of the study group were significant1y decreased after nursing(P<0.05);compared with before nursing,HPLP-Ⅱscore of two groups were significant1y improved after nursing(P<0.05);compared with the contro1 group,HPLP-Ⅱscore of the study group were significant1y improved,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.05);compared with the contro1 group,SAS,SDS score of the study group after nursing were significant1y decreased,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Imp1ementation of spiritua1 care can re1ieve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of patients with endometria1 cancer,effective1y improve the patients′qua1ity of 1ife,it is worth promoting in c1inica1 app1ication. ......
