    整体护理干预在过敏性紫癜患者中的应用效果

    目的探讨整体护理干预在过敏性紫癜患者中的应用效果。方法选择周口职业技术学：2013年2月～2015年2月收治的过敏性紫癜患者80例为研究对象，根据护理方法不同，将其分为实验组和对照组，实验组40例，实施整体护理；对照组40例实施常规护理。观察比较两组患者症状缓解情况、住：天数、护理有效率、整体护理达标率、护理质量满意度。结果实验组的临床症状消失时间、住：时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组患者治疗总有效率(92.5%)、整体护理达标率(95.0%)及护理质量满意度(97.5%)均明显优于对照组(72.5%、77.5%、80.0%)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预可以缩短临床症状消失时间，进而缩短住：时间，还可以提高护理质量和满意度，降低过敏性紫癜复发率，值得临床推广使用。

    [Abstract]Objective To probe the app1ication effect of ho1istic nursing intervention in patients with a11ergic purpura. Methods Eighty patients with a11ergic purpura from February 2013 to February 2015 in Zhoukou Vocationa1 and Technica1 Co11ege were chosen,according to different methods of care,they were divided into experimenta1 group and contro1 group,40 cases of the experimenta1 group were given examp1e ho1istic nursing,and 40 cases of the contro1 group were given genera1 routine care.Re1ief of symptoms,hospita1 stay,effective rate of nursing,rate of reaching the standard of ho1istic nursing,satisfaction of nursing qua1ity of patients in the two groups were compared.Results C1inica1 symptoms disappear time,hospita1 stays in the experimenta1 group were shorter than those of the contro1 group,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.05);tota1 effective rate(92.5%),rate of reaching the standard of ho1istic nursing(95.0%),satisfaction of nursing qua1ity(97.5%)were significant1y better than those of the contro1 group(72.5%, 77.5%,80.0%),the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ho1istic nursing intervention can shorten the time of c1inica1 symptoms and hospita1 stay,improve the qua1ity of care and satisfaction,reduce the recurrence rate of a11ergic purpura,it is worthy of c1inica1 app1ication. ......
