    帕罗西汀治疗产后抑郁症的临床效果

    目的探讨帕罗西汀治疗产后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月～2015年4月在温州医科大学附属康宁医：治疗的74例产后抑郁症患者的临床资料。根据治疗方法进行分组，其中给予心理干预及认知干预的33例患者作为对照组，给予心理干预及认知干预联合帕罗西汀治疗的41例患者作为研究组。比较两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分以及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后SAS、SDS、SCL-90评分及HAMD评分均较治疗前显著下降，差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)；治疗后，研究组患者SDS评分及SAS评分均显著低于对照组，差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组显效率、有效率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在常规心理干预及认知干预的基础上，给予帕罗西汀治疗产后抑郁症，能够显著改善焦虑、抑郁症状，提高临床疗效。

    [Abstract]Objective To discuss c1inica1 effect of Paroxetine in the treatment of postpartum depression.Methods C1inica1 data of 74 cases with postpartum depression from January 2010 to Apri1 2015 in Core11e Hospita1 Affi1iated to Wenzhou Medica1 University were respective1y ana1yzed.A11 cases were divided into study group and contro1 group according to the treatment,33 cases who were treated with psycho1ogica1 intervention and cognitive intervention were se-1ected as the contro1 group,and 41 cases treated with Paroxetine based on treatment of contro1 group were se1ected as study group.SAS,SDS,HAMD,SCL-90 score and c1inica1 efficacy of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,scores of SAS,SDS,HAMD,SCL-90 of patients in the two groups were 1ower than those before treatment,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.01);after treatment,SAS and SDS of the study group were 1ower than those of the contro1 group,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.01).Effective rate and efficiency of study group were higher than those of the contro1 group,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Based on treatment of psycho1ogica1 intervention and cognitive intervention,Paroxetine in the treatment of postpartum depression can reduce SAS,SDS,SCL-90,and HAMD,worthy of c1inica1 promotion. ......
