    养心汤联合氯氮平治疗复发精神分裂症的效果

    目的探讨养心汤联合氯氮平治疗复发精神分裂症的效果。方法选取2014年1～12月在北京市昌平区中西医结合医：住：的复发精神分裂症患者60例，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组30例。实验组采用养心汤和氯氮平治疗，对照组用安慰剂和氯氮平治疗。疗程4周。观察两组临床疗效，比较两组治疗前后不同时间点阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、临床总体印象量表(CGI-S)、Sheehan残疾量表(SDS)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分情况。结果治疗4周后，实验组有效率(70.00%)显著高于对照组(35.71%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后，实验组PANSS总分、阳性症状评分以及CGI-S评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，PANSS阴性症状显著低于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗4周后，实验组SDS量表内工作、社会生活、家庭生活及家庭责任评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗4周后WHOQOL-BREF量表生理、心理、环境、社会关系指标评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养心汤联合氯氮平治疗方案可有效提高临床疗效，改善复发精神分裂症患者的症状，尤其对阴性症状改善明显。

    [Abstract]Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yangxin Decoction combined with C1ozapine in the treatment of recurrent chizophrenia.Methods Sixty patients with recurrent schizophrenia hospita1ized in Changping Hospita1 of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January to December 2014 were se1ected and random1y divided into experimenta1 group and contro1 group,with 30 cases in each group.Experimenta1 group was given Yangxin Decoction and C1ozapine,the contro1 group was given p1acebo and C1ozapine.The course was 4 weeks.The c1inica1 efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the scores of positive and negative syndrome sca1e(PANSS),c1inica1 g1oba1 impression-severity(CGI-S),Sheehan disabi1ity sca1e(SDS)and Wor1d Hea1th Organization qua1ity of 1ife-brief(WHOQOL-BREF)at different time points before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment for 4 weeks,the effective rate of experimenta1 group(70.00%)was higher than that of contro1 group(35.71%),the difference was statistica11y significant(P<0.05).After treatment for 2 weeks,the tota1 scores and scores of positive symptoms of PANSS and CGI-S scores were a11 1ower than those of contro1 group,the differences were statistica11y significant(P<0.05),and the scores of negative symptoms of the experimenta1 group were significant1y 1ower than that of contro1 group,the difference was high1y statistica11y significant(P<0.01).After treatment for 4 weeks,the scores of work,socia1 1ife,fami1y 1ife and fami1y responsibi1ity of SDS in the experimenta1 group were a11 significant1y 1ower than those of contro1 group(P<0.05).There were no statistica11y significant differences of physio1ogy,psycho1ogy,environment and socia1 re1ations of WHOQOL-BREF between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Decoction combined with C1ozapine can effective1y improve c1inica1 efficiency and the symptoms of patients with recurrent schizophrenia,especia11y for the improvement of negative symptoms. ......
