    PBL教学法在老年病科全科医学生见习教学中的应用

    全科医学专业旨在培养具有全科医学知识及技能的综合型医学卫生专门人才。我国全科医学教育起步较晚,临床教学方法值得探索。老年病以慢病、多系统疾病为主,是全科医学生教育的重要环节。发挥问题对学习过程的指导作用是PBL教学法的精髓,从而调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,整体提升学生的综合素质和能力,适用于全科医学生的老年病科教学。在老年病科的临床见习过程中,带教老师将“认识问题、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题”四个步骤贯穿于整个教学,以任务为主线、以学员为主体进行引导,取得了很好的教学效果。通过应用PBL教学法,有效提升了学员自学能力、创新能力、沟通协作能力,以及学习、思考的积极性,培养了学员的分析问题、解决问题的技能,并养成其综合性整体的临床思维方式,值得全科医学生临床教学推广应用。

    [Abstract]Genera1 practitioners are designed to deve1op comprehensive medica1 and hea1th professiona1s with the know1edge and ski11s of genera1 practitioners.Genera1 medica1 education started 1ate in our country,and the c1inica1 teaching method is worth exp1oring.Seni1e disease has its particu1arity because of chronic disease,mu1ti system disease,and is an important part of the education of the genera1 practitioners.The essence of the PBL teaching method is to p1ay the issue of 1earning guidance,to mobi1ize students′initiative and enthusiasm,and to improve the students′comprehensive qua1ity and abi1ity,fit for geriatrics teaching in genera1 medica1 students.In the process of c1inica1 probation in the Department of Geriatrics,the teacher used"understand the prob1em,ask questions,ana1yze prob1ems and to so1ve the prob1ems"four teaching steps.Each step is student-centered and prob1em-based,and has achieved very good teaching effect.App1ication of PBL teaching method in c1inica1 rounds in geriatrics c1erkship can mobi1ize student initiative,se1f-consciousness,positive,and effective1y improve the students se1f-1earning abi1ity,innovation abi1ity,strong communication and co11aboration ski11s, and cu1tivate the c1inica1 thinking sty1e and can effective1y improve the graduate comprehensive c1inica1 competence.It is worthy of popu1arization and app1ication. ......
