    公立医：医疗服务定价机制探讨

    科学尧合理尧有效的医疗服务定价机制不仅能够体现真实的医疗服务成本，而且能够使医疗服务价格更趋合理，这样公立医：改革才能更好地进行。文章介绍了我国公立医：现行医疗服务定价机制，分析其中存在的问题，如医疗服务价格明显偏低尧调整滞后尧价格扭曲等，结合公立医：医疗服务价格制订的一些影响因素，如医疗服务成本尧国家财政卫生政策和市场竞争等，以及医疗服务定价的公益性尧适度利润性等目标，提出医疗服务理论定价模型并进行实证分析，探讨公立医：医疗服务定价的方案框架。以期对公立医：医疗服务合理定价以及回归其公益性提供借鉴与经验。

    [Abstract]The scientific,rational and effective medical service pricing mechanism is able to reflect the true cost of health care services,to make the medical services price more and more reasonable and reform of public hospitals will carry out better.This paper introduces the existing public hospital medical service pricing mechanism,such as the low price of medical services,adjustment lag,price distortions and so on,and combines price of medical services in public hospitals such as the cost of medical services,the state finance health policy and market competition and so on,develops factors and medical services pricing objectives,submitts a medical service pricing model theory and empirically analysises it and discusses a framework of public hospital medical service pricing programs.In order to provide reference and experience reasonably priced medical services in public hospitals and to return to their welfare. ......
