循证教学模式在外科学硕士研究生骨科临床教学中的应用

目的探讨循证教学模式在外科学硕士研究生骨科临床教学中的应用效果。方法2013年1月~2015年6月选择新乡医学:第一附属医:2012、2013级进入骨科临床实习的硕士研究生46名,随机分为循证教学组(按照循证医学的基本步骤指导教学)和传统教学组,各23名。分别对两组学生进行常规理论考试、临床病例分析、骨科新进展知识考核及学习主动性调查。结果①两组研究生理论考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在临床病例分析方面,循证教学组研究生成绩明显高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。②在骨科新进展考核方面,循证教学组研究生成绩明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③通过对研究生学习主动性的调查,循证教学组研究生在强化基础理论知识、激发学习兴趣、提高学习效率和提高自学能力方面均明显优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科学研究生在骨科临床学习中引入循证教学模式,可以明显提高研究生对前沿知识的学习,并能将理论知识很好地应用于临床工作中,亦能提高研究生学习工作的主动性、积极性。

[Abstract]Objective To study the app1ication effect of evidence-based teaching mode in the orthopedic c1inica1 training of surgery masters.Methods 46 surgery masters in the First Affi1iated Hospita1 of Xinxiang Medica1 University from January 2013 to June 2015 were random1y a11ocated into the evidence based teaching group and the traditiona1 teaching group,each group had 23 cases.Evidence based teaching was performed according to evidence based medicine.Theory examination,c1inica1 case ana1ysis,know1edge update examination and study initiatives were assessed in both groups. Results①No significant difference existed in the scores of theory examination between the two groups(P>0.05). However,c1inica1 ana1ysis of evidence-based teaching group was significant1y better than that of traditiona1 teaching group(P<0.05).②Better performance in new know1edge update was gained in the evidence based teaching group than in the traditiona1 teaching group(P<0.05).③Compared with the traditiona1 teaching group,more advance in study initiative(intensifying surgery know1edge,stimu1ating 1earning interest,improving 1earning efficiency,improving se1f-study abi1ity)was observed in the evidence based training group(P<0.05).Conclusion Introduction of evidence based teaching mode into the training of orthopedic surgery masters can improve the students′abi1ity to 1earn new know1edge and abi1ity to incorporate know1edge into c1inica1 practice.The 1earning initiative is a1so enhanced significant1y by evidence based teaching mode. ......
